Ingredients
Puff pastry - 500 grams
Minced meat - 500 grams
Green onion - 1 stalk
Eggs - 1 pc
Yolk - 1 pc
Cheese - 70 grams
Processed cheese - 7 pcs
Parsley - 1/2 link
Thyme - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Method of preparation
In a bowl, mix minced meat with 1 egg, green onion and parsley, chopped small.
Season with thyme, black and red pepper and salt. We spread the puff pastry, which we divide into 2 parts of 250 grams each. We apply the seasoned mincemeat on the two sheets of puff pastry.
On the first sheet, we put the cheese on top of the minced meat.
On the second one, we arrange pieces of melted cheese on top of the minced meat.
We roll them up.
Using scissors, we make cuts from the top of the roll and turn them over, as shown in the video above.
Brush the roll with beaten yolk. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 25 minutes.
