Euro NCAP Commercial Van Safety Tests - LEVC VN5 2024

Euro NCAP performs a series of safety tests on light commercial vehicles:
Active safety is tested based on the van’s equipment: Autonomous Emergency Braking systems (car-to-car, pedestrian, and cyclist scenarios), lane support and speed assist technologies, and occupant status monitoring (attention assist and seatbelt reminders).
Tested here is the LEVC VN5 - Ultima.
The LEVC VN5 is well equipped with a broad range of safety equipment, some of it standard and some of it optional. While the VN5 lacks some of the more advanced safety features available on some vans, those that it has perform adequately and the VN5 earns a creditable silver medal.

@0:17 you can obviously see the car hits the object in front, but @0:25 didn't hit........ so. is EURO NCAP faking this test?

As you can hear the park distance control difference in sound, they just tested it more than once. Because the AEB has to work every time and not just once.
