Euro Nymphing for Brown Trout

Ended 2018 with a cold and rainy day on the water, but it was fun none the less! Euro nothing has proven to be a great technique. I'm looking forward to fishing this method more in 2019! Happy new year everyone! Thanks for watching!

This is Rio Bi-Color indicator Mono. Just a two toned colored piece of Mono-filament. Cortland also makes it or you could use Amnesia line. I have the 2x size. when i get more I'll probably go a little heavier just so i can see it better.

Did you run the mop fly off the hook bend of the hares ear?

John Zydallas Nope, I the hares ear was on a tag line tied in with a triple surgeons knot. This allows for more natural movement and surprisingly very few tangles.
