Start of the vid is technically not in Monaco but gives a taster to the roads leading into the country. Logo, intro and channel art by Emanuele Monaco.

The water in the parts of the Hebrides (Isle of Harris especially), Pembrokeshire , Cornwall and Ireland is a beautiful turquoise. There are places in Scotland with water and sand that looks like the Caribbean believe it or not. Bloody cold though!

That looks like a dream. RJ, does that backfire annoy you a little bit? I think it would get on my nerves. It's seems to consistent in the way it pops, but not in a normal overrun kind of way where it snap crackles and pops...It's just a single POP. I've not heard a bike do that before. Cheers
@Swe3ets10 жыл бұрын

***** He´s doing it on purpose:D If he doesn´t want to, then he doesn´t do it:) Even I can do it on my 125cc Suzuki;)
@SaadGhiba10 жыл бұрын
that POP you hear is fuel being squirted into the exhaust to make it sound like that BMW did that on purpose
@aserta10 жыл бұрын
Saad Ghiba Yeah but that's not the stock exhaust anymore and so because of it it's not the same sound. Here on camera the sound whilst really clear does not do the actual sound justice. Truth be told it would get a bit annoying after a while. Just my general 2 cents.
@irishrover6310 жыл бұрын

RJ, I'm a great fan from Brazil. I'm willing to visit Europe next year and some questions came to mind after watching your Euro Tour vids. First of all, why did you choose the BMW rather than the Nuda for the ride? I would definitely prefer an adventure bike than a roadster or sport bike (at least that's my opinion based on most of the Brazilian roads). Obviously, the S1000R has some advantages like the cruise control and shifting indicator, things I don't see in the Nuda. I guess the question is: if you could buy a bike for the tour, would you get an adventure bike or would you still get the S1000R and why? Second, what about the traffic rules in all those different countries you visited. Did you have any problems with that? Including the change from the right hand traffic to the left hand traffic. And last but not less important: how was the fuel consumption across the trip. I mean, is it cheaper than going by train? What can you say about a riding experience versus a public transportation experience? I'm sorry for the long text. Hope to hear from you! Greetings from Brazil!!!

Hi RJ , i'm planning to do a trip like this from morocco to france in my yamaha fz6 , i have one question : how do you pack your luggage ? Any advice ? Thanks in advance
@rolandtiiroja8 жыл бұрын
RJ, is it exhausting to ride with such loud exhaust system in a longer period of time? I have ridden only stock exhaust bikes. Loud pipes sounds cool yes but as a musician I'm pretty allergic to static loud noises.

Hi RJ, sorry if you answered this question already, but i'm just curious, did you remap the bike before the trip with the akra? Or was she smart enough to do it herself? Sounds mega! Nice trip too btw! I hope to do something like this one day

I noticed that you are not exactly the definition of a slow driver. ;) How do you manage to know where the speed cameras are, especially when driving in foreign countries? I think they also film from the backside in some countries like Italy, so they have your registration? Or does your navigation software warn you?
