Thank you for this excellent video from Basel Airport ! I am ZRH-Spotter and I see there came many 747s. In 2024 in ZRH, only the Air China 747-8, The Challenge Airlines Cargo 747-400 and the Bahrain 747-400(Bahrain spotted & my favourite). I hope for a good 2025 for all spotters with highlights and good times at the airport❤

In basel sind jedes Jahr einige 747 unterwegs aber immer die gleichen. Qatar, Saudi, Bahrain, Kingdom und manchmal Dubai Air Wings.

Schon krass was du dieses Jahr einfangen konntest. Bin eher ein junger Spotter und spotte in Zürich ca 1.5 jahre. Jetzt filme und fotografiere ich noch mit dem Iphone 15Pro aber werde bald auf eine Kanera umsteigen. Liebe Grüsse

Die 747 im Video sind eigentlich jedes Jahr da, da die bei uns Gewartet werden, Qatar und Bahrain sieht man mehrmals im Jahr die haben ja mehrere Jumbos.

It was supposed to replace a Boeing 767 (VP-BKS) but I believe the airline no longer exists. All of Kalair's aircraft are grounded. The Boeing 767 was already sold when the Boeing 787 was taken over. The Boeing 767 is currently being converted into a freighter in Mexico. Nobody wanted the Boeing 787, I think because it is not a very popular aircraft and as a VIP version it cannot simply be converted into a passenger aircraft. The Boeing 767 is over 30 years old but the Boeing 767 is in great demand as a freighter because there is currently no modern alternative on the market for cargo aircraft of this size.

Nous n'avons que des Boeing 777 avec Qatar Cargo plusieurs fois par semaine. Tous les autres 777 et 747 ne sont pas des vols réguliers, nous ne savons pas à l'avance quand ils arriveront. (Traducteur Google)
