I can't see Arteta leaving Arsenal in the next 3-5 years. He's building something exciting at Arsenal, with young stars like Saka and Martinelli. He also seems to be the type of manager that enjoys a project, kinda like Klopp. If he did have an impact on Sterling's progress, I think he can do the same for Pepe too. Arsenal, despite being 9th, seem to be on the rise. Doubt Arteta would leave that, unless he's offered a king's random.

I think he's happy for now, but I think a few years down the line he could move on to a different club. I don't know if he's gonna pull a Wenger and stick with us for 20 years. I hope so, but I'm doubtful. But I do think he's gonna be here at least 3 years after this season

Not starting DeBruyne for “tactical reasons” in the first leg against Spurs cost them a title.
