In Professional difficulty now, the house starts off cold b/c the power is off. You need to turn on the power to have the temp. rise. In the second house (cabin), I can only guess that the ghost himself (itself?) turned the power on, that's why it started to warm up. I know I should feel bad seeing Ian yelp out in terror, but after what he does to Aoife and Zoe when they team up, all I see is justice ;)
