Yeah Vox has high quality videos but they have a pretty bad left wing bias. I don’t know why there’s so many mainstream left biased shit. I don’t understand why most right wing bias comes from FOX and really only FOX. And that’s just the majority of that network, there are very few unbiased/not dumb as hell people on FOX but they exist. I wish we just didn’t have biases so we’d finally get along because all that shit is doing is making people really really stupid and causing a major divide based on race, wealth, and political affiliations. Jesus I’m ranting but anyway this video is definitely pretty high quality so I agree.

The EU is going to continue to become one of the most important economic and political powerhouses in the world, having already demonstrated such with it's response to Covid-19 and the Russo-Ukraine war. As it does this the European consumer market, which is already huge and second behind only the USA, will increase as the population in Eastern European countries grows economically. With their growing economic might and becoming increasingly less reliant on the USA for defence I think it is safe to say that the EU may become the top economic power in the world.

@@HaiLsKuNkY Do you have any source for it? Also, you don't you think that bunch of smaller states are better allies for US as they have less leverage?
@jackf18413 жыл бұрын
@@HaiLsKuNkY LOL. The EU is becoming a global power. It already is economically, and is now planning to become one politically and militarily. Brexit was a gift from heaven in this regard, as the Trojan horse is finally out. No more sabotage from the inside. A more politically unified EU with a strong military will be a force to be reckoned with. The UK (or should I say England and Wales) will be an insignificant, second rank country on the world stage. It will have no choice as to follow the path laid out by the global powers USA, EU and China.
@HaiLsKuNkY3 жыл бұрын
@@jackf1841 really because the EU has declined from 25% of global GDP to just 16% and that was with many eastward enlargements, the EU is not an economic powerhouse. the UK consists of 4 nations, England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.. where do you get England and wales from?

2:58 I think there is an error: that part of northern Italy which is highlighted is Veneto, but it hasn't suffered any real economic decline, instrad the region that really suffered economic decline is Piedmont and Liguria that are on the opposite, west side.

European economies are largely service economies, trying to get a logistical advantage will help with price comoetativeness but its not exactly a magic bullet to stop many european economies from slipping into a post growth phase like Japan.

@Moro Moro we'll,I don't really think this is the case,the way our economies are weaved together makes us more united and assures us that the will not be an armed conflict in the years to come.The thing with the laws proposed by people that are not even living in your country is necessary to maintain objectivity.And it's not costly at all,the monetary gain is bigger from being a member than from not being one,even for like Netherlands or Germany who are net contributors.first of all they get qualified workforce that they don't have to school or give pensions to from the east. Witch makes their economies competitive,and also the talents and the scientist,the way you can freely study anywhere really helps them improve. The quality of life increases and everybody has to gain,there is literally no losing side.

Fuck no it’s awfully corrupt just look at the leaked tobacco documents. the ECHR is a far better thing. Edit: actually it depends where your from. Germany, France and the U.K. the ECHR is far better as they get very little from the EU at the moment
@saintaries78833 жыл бұрын
@@Beamboy555 corruption will always be present everywhere,I literally don't know of a place less corrupt than the eu. Also France and Germany benefit lots off the skilled cheap labour from the east and their consumer markets,just look at the exports and import between the countries,even though they are net contributors,they still get a better deal from staying. I'd say tobacco isn't even worth mentioning.
