First of all, there is no such thing as a people or a language that must be preserved, because simply, our language and our people were born from the merging of different peoples and languages in the past, which means that the idea of preservation is based purely on emotions without any real justification. Secondly, illegal immigrants don't come for the beauty of Europe, but because the situation in their countries doesn't allow for a dignified life. Thirdly, will there even be such a thing as a European or American? Look at the birth rates in those countries-without immigrants, they will disappear, and their healthcare systems, taxes, and everything will collapse. Fourthly, asking for labor from abroad is normal and isn't really called migration but traveling for work. Therefore, allowing people from outside to work doesn't mean you allow migration.

That's not entirely true. Even in Hesse, 25-35% of the voters in the regions voted for the AfD. Only the big cities voted differently, but the rural population is clearly conservative. So it is not just a trend that exists in eastern Germany, but also in rural regions of Germany in general.
