Just ask yourself "how much are the wages for the people working in the Ue commission and related institutions ?" Find out by yourself and you will be astonished ,and about the corruption ,for ex. in Mauritania is more than 30 years that the Ue is financing the construction of a very strategic road connecting Mauritania with the rest of the subsaharian countries ,millions of euros every single year ,but nobody is working ,so the camion and the cars needs to go through the sandy dirty road ,risking to sink in the sand and hoping that the others passerby will help you ,hundreds of kilometers in the middle of the desert
