The polish ladies are always in good shape. They never fade in the last 50 yards. Great to watch. They should practice speedy handoffs, however, to get that next world record.
@prousaburttly15773 жыл бұрын
John Gar : They need Speed, 2 under 49.5 and 2 near a high 48 that might put them in the MEDALS RACE at any WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS or OLYMPIC GAMES, There's USA/JAMAICA and the BRITTS then you have The RUSSIANS who will be a threat when they're reinstated., I don't see Poland close to a 3:15 range at all, the team just set a National record In DOHA 3:21.perhaps Poland best relay chance for a Medal is in the Mix relay, GoUSA.......
@robertc39823 жыл бұрын
@@prousaburttly1577 USA women have dominated the relay for years but claiming that the Poles don't have a chance for a medal is far away from the truth. They've been prevailing over the British team for few years. The Jamaican team is closer than it ever was (check Doha and Yokohama). The Russians may have a very strong team but we need to wait when they return and how they will perform without dope.
@prousaburttly15773 жыл бұрын
@@robertc3982 I stand corrected, True they have made tremendous strides and I really admire those women on there determination in Winning ,they had 2 400m Finalist at WORLDS in DOHA, and an Amazing MIXED RELAY that took a chance with there line up 2MEN and ending with 2WOMEN the POLISH TEAM MADE THAT EVENT SO EXCITING,and almost placed, but still I belive they can run under 3:12 and beat out Bahrain the Britts and Jamaica and give the Americans a run for there money, but in the 4x400 I dont see it perhaps a Bronze might be in the works. But now there's alot of uprising African teams, Like NAMBIA with 2 Women under 49.59, and of course the Jamaicans are always solid,but with so many changes in this 2021' season and with the covid Pandemic almost under control anything can happen. ONE THING IS FOR SURE TRACK/FIELD IS SO HYPE UP due to no season last yr, So your Right I can see the Polish team placing in the 4BY4 and definitely in the MIXED RELAY. The IOC should have teams draw for there positions in the Mixed Relay, not allow more then 2 teams running MAN, 2 WOMEN and ending with a Man , it's not exciting, Mix it up , like Poland and Japan did in DOHA example: only2 teams can run the usual MWWM... 3.MWMW 4.WMWM 5.WWMM 6.MMWW 7.WMMW... GoUSA 2021/22'......

In Berlin, the organizers set up the 400 m individual final and the 4 x 400 m relay final 90 minutes apart. Both Baumgart-Witan (individually 5th) and Swiety-Ersetic (individually, she won) had only little time to rest in between runs. The Polish women seem to keep their cool better than others. They know that, in the end, they have to run their own race because mistakes in pace can lead to extremely disappointing results. It is better to be passed than to succumb to the so-called rigor mortis over the last 100 meters. And if you do pass, try to pass so close to the finish line that there is no time to respond!

Too bad that, thanks to Russian/East German „co-operation”, Ewa Klobukowska is out of the profesional sport for good. Not very many people know that she gave a birth to a son, after being striped of all her titles and medals. I’m old enough to remember that. Signing up a membership of the PZPR (Polish Communist Party) would safe her but she was too proud to do so. Let me tip my hat to this proud and unbeatable lady.
