Total class. Love the whole flow you get going. The setup is just so well designed and you know your gear. Bravo.

This Old DAW weary studio cat is nervously happy you’re free syncing, gear today is pretty cool. Glad to see mindful exploration of this. In the meantime DIN n Grin, for me, is a win. ✌️

Thanks so much for the show and tell explaining. Really inspiring stuff 👍 Would you consider doing a video on your explorations and intentions of using modular? What it's really uniquely good for and what stuff is way simpler to do with different kit. What's important and what isn't. You seem to have been through it and come out the other side with a clear and coherent plan and I'd be really keen to hear your take on it 🙂

That's a really good idea actually! It can be pretty daunting and also disappointing when you don't bond with gear in the way you hoped... I'll have a think about it :)

Great video - both entertaining and informative. ;-) Was hoping to make it to Edinburgh last week but had to bail out and return to Wales after catching Covid in Glasgow. Argh. Whitespace and Bloc sound like good pointers... I'll be back, cheers.

I haven’t seen one video made by you where I was ‘meh’ about it yet. Always an inspiration. To the point that I’m going to build my own modular fx rack and try running my akai force through it.

Great video, thanks for sharing... always wanted to ask, why do you have a Behringer PSU on your NiftyCase? Is the Nifty's own PSU not sufficient to power Maths, DataBender, Beads etc.

How is the modular scene in Glasgow? Im planning a trip for later this year and wondered what the community and venues to perform are like.
@TheUnperson2 жыл бұрын
I feel like the modular community is just starting to come together. There's a couple regular nights, and some less regular ones. Definitely check out the Rubadub and Signal Sounds shops in town too!

@@TheUnperson Fantastic. Do you know of if Edinburgh or another town in Scotland has anything? Also, ever go down to Manchester and know if they have any venues or events for modular? I dont expect just because you in Glasgow youll know about any other spots, but figured I would ask.

Can you explain how the colander converts alpha waves to cv/gate? I took mine into the store the other day and asked them if I could get mine to work like you do. I showed them your channel, and they said they could not help me, pointed at me and laughed. Am I missing something here?
