Sadly, we've seen only 2 encounters at Australian Open, Novak's must successful slam where he never lost a final. 10 encounters at RG. They faced each other more at RG (played many finals there) than all the other slams combined (AO+W+USO=8). It’s just as much Djokovic’s fault as it is Nadal’s that they haven’t played more at AO. Nadal was in the final in 2009, 2014, 2017, 2022 waiting for Djokovic, who wasn’t there. Not to mention Nadal has had a ton of injuries at that tournament which didn’t help.

Federer has said the same and so has Roddick. Nadal was pounding him at Wimbledon 2007 and Djokovic withdrew. Curious how you counted Djokovic’s 2006 RG withdrawal but not the 2007 Wimbledon one. Almost like you’re trying to push a narrative, but Djokovic fans would never fudge stats to help their case, right??
