How does the train makes the electric whining noise when it moves? I went on a china Fuxing Hao train and it made no whining noise when it was moving. It made some different noise. Is the whining noise played from speakers to warn people on the platform?

why though theres literally no reason for it, they have no need to go away from HS1, why must they conform to outdated standards of a network they will never run on, outside of ES no UK rail operator has a need for a 200MPH train.
