IRL the high-speed trains to/from Amsterdam use the western railway through Amsterdam Lelylaan and Amsterdam Sloterdijk stations (without stopping there), join the approach to the central station at the Zaanstraat yard on the northernmost 2 tracks of the 6 tracks available, and then finally enter the central station's platform 11, 13, 14 or 15 from the west, rather than running around the city like you did in this video.
