France is my clear winner, followed by (underrated) Estonia, Italy, Belgium and Bulgaria. Other favorites: Denmark, Greece, Latvia, Poland, Switzerland. Just below my top-10: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Finland, UK. The winner is one of my least favorites, I think it is overrated.
