Actually, according to eurovisionworlds.com, Bulgaria has the highest odds of winning (12%), followed closely by Lithuania and Switzerland, both tied on 2nd place at 10%. So there's that. The odds are rarely far-off though, usually one of the top 3 are the winners. So that's that BTW my most fave would be Sweden and Malta.

About France's singer.. French people couldn't choose this year their singer : the production chose it alone (because the emission ("Destination Eurovision") wasn't that much working, it was not doing a lot of money in return).
