The domestic violence law unfortunately had been decriminalized "Return when you actually get killed" - favorite phrase of our police, so nobody cares about victims. And if you manage to get help, all they do is tax(??) your husband or put him to jail for 15 days maximum. That's all. Women here fight (boryats'ya/борятся) because of the big responsibilities the society had put on us, but we are still considered to be free servants and treated like objects by most men, who often don't take part in raising their children (сын без отца, дочь без отца). Women have lost all hope and that's why they fight but not pray (борятся, да не молятся) And that's exactly why Manizha (Манижа) is great.

Hey guys! I'm one of the few Canadians that actually know what Eurovision is and absolutely am in love with it. And this year's Russian song, holy! When I heard Russia wasn't sending Little Big again, I was disappointed, but after hearing Manizha's "Russian Woman" I am no longer upset :D She fucking rocks! It saddens me she's getting hate in Russia due to her ethnicity. Anyways, I just wanted to say thanks for the video! 95% of the reactions to this particular song do not show the video or even play the song, due to copyright issues. I'm sure you guys were hit with the same copyright mark on your channel, but I'm assuming because you're newer/smaller & do not meet the requirements for monetization, that you don't really care if a third party is putting ads on your video and taking the money made from it :) I hope when you guys are larger and can monetize your own videos, that something like that wouldn't keep you from giving the viewers what they want (which is not only your reaction, but the song itself!). 1 video not being monetized out of many means nothing. I am disappointed by so many reaction channels removing the music/video from their reactions to this, just because they want to make money off the video. That was a long rant, but tldr; thank you for leaving the video & song up, when larger content creators would only care about the money. I'll be subscribing for sure, and checking out your other Eurovision videos

Hi! Thanks for this "long rant", it was interesting and fun to read your thoughts! 😃 Yes we've had quite a few copyright marks for MANY of our reactions. But like you said, it doesn't effect us in "the money aspect". Totally understand what you mean and we hope that if we get as lucky to be monetized some day, we will stay true to ourselfs and do what we feel is right for us. Sometimes money weighs heavy though, it takes time to film and edit so we also understand that people want to make some money of their work. But on the other hand, if it's just one, two or a few videos, then maybe that doesn't matter as much, depending on what your content looks like. I mean, maybe you need to do something for "the fans", from time to time. And in the long run maybe you gain something from it aswell. Now We're rambling on here... 😂 Anyway. This particular situation though, when it's 1 countries song out of the entire year of Eurovision, it truly feels as though those content creators make content solely for the money, rather than for fun, or for their community/fans :) As for your channel, you're still just babies ^-^ But let me be very clear. Your thumbnails are really good. Your use of greenscreen is well done. Your metadata seems to be well thought out, and trust me that actually really matters. Your edits are solid, although I would love to see some more advanced editing techniques down the line, but that's just me ;D You two seem genuine, and look like you have a ton of fun in your videos. Trust me, if you want to continue with this, and you keep with the consistency in upload schedule as well as quality, you guys will hit your monetization prerequisites in no time! :) Hell, I bet that in a years time, you guys have quadruple the subs that I do.
