KATRINA & THE WAVES performing "LOVE SHINE A LIGHT" which placed 1st and won the contest for UNITED KINGDOM with 227 points in the Final of the Eurovision Song Contest. The 42nd edition of the competition show took place once again at the Point Theatre in Dublin, Ireland on May 3rd, 1997.
