The episode was in 2010. Italy didn't participate at the time.

It's not wrong, but it is badly worded, for two reasons: firstly, it should ask which countries automatically qualify for the *final*, not just 'for Eurovision' (they all automatically qualify for the contest each year, technically); and secondly, it should include as an acceptable fifth answer 'the host nation'.
