If you say charger not problem then company should not report the charger problem for fire accident. Also charger could impact bms which leads to battery problems.

Charger is feed supply to the battery. The calprit is silent battery and it's construction technology, Insulation and BMS. As on now the battery's has no pressure sensor to find gas pressure build up inside the chemistry. BMS depends only on voltage and temperature sensor to control the battery. There is no mechanism to isolate the defective cells except gas vent. Any fault in BMS ,insulation failure or battery failure is the root cause of fire. Right now there is no fire extinguisher is available to quench the fire.

Diwahar ji, Your video is excellent. In an interview, Mr. Rajiv Bajaj mentioned that the environment surrounding EVs is the main issue, and you highlighted this perfectly. The entire ecosystem for EVs needs fine-tuning: component manufacturers, EV manufacturers, dealers, and users all need proper education. Dealers need to educate customers on vehicle maintenance. Users need to understand how to charge their vehicles properly, the plug point lose connection, importance of good earthing, and the need for stabilizers etc.

Bro Electronic is not wear tear parts...we cinform issue only after complete failure in Components in PCB.... We can confirm all the components are good or bad... impossible 🙂
