Go ahead and get your bottles of Tequila, all nutritionists in Mexico, when they allow you to have a drink at some point in your diet, they recommend Tequila because of the low calories … have the blanco or plata version (meaning the “white” transparent one) with zips of lime juice

Please tell Eva I am a mother 5 With my toddlers and small children I would hide spinach beets kidney beans and all sorts of vegetables inside of baked goods or casseroles that they may like but pizzas and and pancakes were the easiest with hiding vegetables and fruit or brownies you can hide anything in a brownie
