I thought "wait, why Ssj4 Gogeta cant do it?", then i remembered the rule set, start from fullscreen and hit em with a beam/ki blast, FROM FULLSCREEN. And ssj4 Gogeta is the only character in the game to: Not have a beam Not have a full screen ki blast. Probably for the better tho.
