Destiny 1 is and will always be my favorite game. The atmosphere and mystery of the game just drew me to it, and i think current Destiny is missing that mystery

I still revisit Mars Valley of the Kings patrol area and go near a cliff. Just find the right spot, and you can find an alcove as part of the rocks aren't solid, and you can pass right through to under the map.

9:00 I love how you get actual ambient music (this song was OST 24 - "Deconstruction", one of my personal favourites!), unlike in D2 where the music is always triumphant airhorns to me. Though, I would love nothing more than to float in orbit for all of the Beyond Light ost, I best Destiny 1 was wonderful in it's triumphant days.

I usually used to get on the columns which are higher than the vaults, same way you used to jump on the vault but different and higher jump to the columns between the vanguard vendor

The Terminus that released in House of Wolves was different to the original version prior to it releasing. I miss the old version tbh. It was smaller, had cooler lighting and the space had no push barriers so you could explore everwhere.

I remember that their used to be hidden ghost you could pick up in the unfinished sectors and i heard if you picked up those ghost you could get banned. Of course 14 year old me didnt risk it.

I'm not one for blindly loving nostalgic stuff, I think d2 is way better by now. But God I prefer how just, compact the old tower was. The current tower is so big, which is why we need two transmat zones. If we had zavala, ikora, and crow in the old guardian hall. Give crow caydes old treasure map things, put shaxx at his old post by the vanguard room. Saint where Amanda was, rahool at his old spot same with banshee. Drifter where eva was and Ada in a new room to the side. Edit: and screw it. Put the damn weapon crafting thing in the tower too.

The King's Watch glitch was also how you could get the only other ghost shell during D1 vanilla. Granted, getting that shell also got you banned, which sucked.

There used to be so much more communication going on between random guardians in D1. I miss getting invites to do the VoG entrance on my way through a strike on Venus. Or even in the tower.

I would like to rebuild the old tower D1, I don't mean the one with a pale heart, but the one that is still damaged out of nostalgia and also for the future with codename frontiers. Maybe it's stupid of me but I still hope to see him rebuild the old tower in D2, I remain hopeful .🙂

I boot up D1 sometimes just to see the old tower and Hunter Sit like we all used too. PvP ruined this franchise because they lost focus on the story.

I will say, this franchise changed a lot. No mantle, no class ability's, Simple ass hud, level 20 being the highest level, But best thing was the secret chest which you can get solo on raids which drops a exotic, that first chest I opened in crotas raid, I got Gjallarhorn. and exotics back then were special, very special... black cock special, because they are rare.
