Hey, Irene! I was wondering if it would be strange to audition (dance cover) with a song like Taste by Straykids since it is originally a dance performance. I think it matches my style and I'm able to give a strong stage presence with it but I'm worried I might seem like I'm just auditioning as a fan or that it might be too 'explicit' for an audition. I've also had the same concerns covering any other songs from JYP groups, but I also don't want to audition with a song and have it be problematic because of it's associations with a company other than JYP. What are your thoughts? Edit: Also, I have scoliosis and it's quite noticeable (it's not severe but you can definitely see it if you walk behind me) but I don't want to get the surgery for it in fear it might hinder my dancing abilities or leave too big of a scar. I was also wondering if judges look for other scars and if they wouldn't consider me because of it?

Doesn’t matter, actually may be good to choose a song not from one of the sub company’s own groups so they aren’t comparing you with their own trained idols.

Hi Luvie! I’ve been watching your videos for a while now and they’ve helped me a lot! I rarely comment on any video but a question has been on my mind recently. Is it ok to do both sing and dance TOGETHER in one audition video? Or do they need to be separated into two videos. What I mean is like singing live while dancing. I’ve been practicing those two together because I noticed that there has been a lot of netz who keep talking about idols and their live singing. I also saw you talk about how it’s beneficial to be pretty good at both of them. Basically, I am wondering if submitting live singing with dancing is possible. Companies that would accept older (ur not old btw it’s just the K-pop standards💀 ) trainees are probably not hybe and sm I recommend trying for yg Jype starship but the one I recommend most is wakeone ! Good luck !
