HUNTING: One of the best possible forms of father-son bonding. Coffee fuels the body, but it's moments like these that fuel the soul.
Ed took down that beautiful bull at 230 yards. The man is in his 70s and he's still a BEAST. He embodies that no-excuse love for the outdoors that's an essential part of the BRCC spirit - even though Evan is the one taking his dad hunting this time around, it's obvious where Evan's love for the outdoors comes from.
Having great coffee along for the ride just makes these incredible experiences that much better, but you have to be able to make coffee ANYWHERE. Making coffee to be consumed on-the-go, like our Coffee Steep Bags or Black Rifle Instant Coffee, is an artform, honestly. We're also passionate about making gear for the trip as well - from our Yeti tumblers to our all-in-one Long Range Carry Kits.

I loved hunting with my dad. Mostly whitetail. Had an elk hunt planned the fall he passed away. Still went as that’s what he would have wanted. Shot a beautiful 6X6. We also have another tradition in my family. Being that it’s Xmas I’d like to share this. We do an Xmas hunt after family stuff gets done. It’s during the late doe season and any deer we harvest get donated to sportsmen against hunger. For all you anti hunting snowflakes out there each deer we donate provides 50 plus meals for people in need. High quality protein that is typically not available in food banks.

I support ya man and I am not a huge hater of anti hunters I hate hunting idiots people who say there’s no danger or no skill or no reason to respect people who hunt. Oh so you don’t respect someone who can hit a lung on a deer in the first shot at say 1,000 miles. Ps never hunted so forgive if that’s a easy shot 0 knowledge but my point stands. Also danger from the animal maybe not much but other hunters and danger when using a fire arm yeah hunting even at long range has danger.

Ok, I have a question for the black rifle coffee company that has something to do with this video. So I have never been on an elk hunt but it is my dream. I have been on a moose hunt before but sadly we did not get anything that trip, well no moose but a lot of grouse. I am a PA deer hunter and I go out with my dad about four times a week. I have gotten 3 deer in my life time. I notice that they all run about 100 yards from where I shot them and since I hunt in PA I only get shots about 100 yards away or in one case five yards. A deer walked right up to me. Sorry, keep on getting off track. So I use a 7mm x bolt with the nosler partition bullets. I saw that you used an AR-10 in the video so I am hoping to get an Scar 17s or an AR-10 when they make semi automatic rifles legal in PA. I wanted to ask two things to Black Rifle Coffee, what kind of bullets do you use and what would be better for PA deer hunting, a Scar 17s or an AR-10? Now that I asked the question I can tell you that I love everything you guys do and I love your coffee. I am 14 years old and I love strong coffee. I also love guns, hunting, veterans, American Soldiers, and anyone that is republican and makes fun of liberals. I learned about this company in 2015 and I just love it. Thank you for the amazing coffee and the support for the troops.

For those who decry hunting, they need to remember that there are still many families who rely on a freezer full of “free” meat for their survival every year. People in the cities don’t understand that, but they get to vote on gun legislation anyway. The system is broken.

It is...Althought the 2A isn't about hunting, as a 22 yr retired vet and WI native, hunting is part of the culture that binds and connects Americans whether they know it or not. Our chest freezer always has venison, pheasant, duck, goose, or one of a dozen different fish from the lakes and rivers around here. We try to get friends out on the hunt with us whenever possible...or at least serve them some of this great naturally harvested protein.

My BIG issue with the vid though, is the fact that you never mentioned who got the bigger buck. They BOTH look awesome, and I'm jealous because I've never had the opportunity to go hunting before. If I ever do get the chance, would like to get my first with my Mosin Nagant, then just use my CETME. I'm talking white tail, seriously doubt I'd ever get the chance for game bigger than that.

Not a hunter myself, would rather hunt with a camera and be out hiking. Don't get me wrong, I am also a meat eater and I know where my food comes from as well as the fact that responsible hunters are helping to not only keep the herds culled and healthy as well as using what they take (the full freezer and such). I appreciate seeing the wildlife (and in the zombie apocalypse I know what my grunt work jobs will be!) My dad passed 8 years ago and he was a big hiker and loved to get out into the historical areas of England or out in the Western reaches surveyed by Lewis and Clark. Seeing Evan with his dad was a bit melancholy for me as I miss those times and as my mom just passed at the end of October, the end of an era.

Would be awesome to have a fundraiser to benefit BRCC's charity of choice if you could get a chance to hunt with this crew.

So awesome Evans dad got back into Elk hunting after so many years ❤️ Hunting isn’t a sport it’s America’s heritage and being able to to hunt here in Oregon with my dad for 30 years now has been one of the things I will always look back on
