I think it'll be closer than fellow card carrying members of the mafia and I would like. A combination of the pats just seem to be really annoying during the mcdermott era, perhaps the players not as geared up for this game as they were for detroit (just emotional exhaustion), and similar factors. I also think the KC game on Saturday will have an effect on their performance in one way or another. If KC loses, they will go hard. If they win, the 1 seed will seem out of reach.
