IF there was genocide Armenians would received enourmous amount of compensation. Look at Germany and israel example. @@asdwwhite there would be compensations if turks were as mensch as the Germans are. But seems that many turks nowadays are of fascist veiws, their president wish there were no Armenians at all. @@_A.J. YOu should look at the meaning of genocide. It is not a simple word. Many Armenians live in Turkey still.Hayko Cepkin one of the most famous rock star is an Armenian singer. No one cares about it here. Dont believe fcking press. They tell you the news as how they want to shape you. If we wanted to genocide Armenians so we could do it because we had the power. We love Armenian people in our society but always there are fascists in every country. Can you guarantee my life if I go to Armenia nowadays and say I am a Turk :) Even Armenian fascists kill each other nowadays. in 1923 After the war and establishing the Republic many Armenian people took good positions in government. @Армянский Патриот Thanks for your support brother! Personally I have good and friendly relations with Armenians like my friend Sevag Ouzounian and Panos Mekertitsian. Every year I participate with my Armenian compatriots in the march organised in the capital to condemn the Armenian Genocide. Almost every 24th of April I post on facebook about the Armenian genocide. Cyprus was one of the first countries to recognise the Armenian genocide. As a kid I used to listen to SOAD. I also made some Armenian acquitances when I travelled overseas in the US for a competition when I was in university. About the Nagorno Karabak conflict I know it's a territory inhabited by Armenians inside Azerbaijan and there was a conflict there in the 90's if I am not mistaken. While both countries were under Soviet control things were quiet there. Once the Soviet union collapsed the conflict errupted. One of our political leaders who was a doctor helped wounded Armenians in that conflict -mrs theocharous-. The Turks and the Azeris are very close to each other and they still have not changed their minds. They are aggressive as neighbours and do not pursue peace. Keep having close ties to Russia as a counterweight and pursue a good defence mechanism. I know Armenia is mountainous so this will help you in your defence. I wish you all the best and for the Armenian people in general. I really want to visit Armenia someday..

I’m Christian, Armenian, Syrian and currently Canadian, I would like to say: capital of Yerevan has Hisousahi (sorry if pronounced wrong, it’s Armenian.) has some really cool stuff, throughout walking out the streets, you see kid toys on the streets for sell, restaurants, clothing shops etc, while Yerevan is the best place to visit in armenia, it’s also the most tastiest ;) love from Canada and Syria! 🇨🇦🇸🇾♥️🇦🇲

The landscape - mountains, plains, hills and forests are amazing. I will return again this summer. There is so much more of Noah's land I want to see. It is truely a place where your soul can be close to God.

@@SoghomonTehlirian1915 I did not to remember the atrocities done by turks, russians an all other countries.actually my dad's family lived in east Armenia, called kilicia...and my grandma was butchered by turks in the east. what east or west, a turk is a turk, never will change.My dad and his brothers were in a German Penticostle Orphanage. When the Germans lost the first world war. so the Germans were replaced by American and British penticstle Ministries, and my dad and his brothers were saved by the British Ministries. The came dow to Nazaret by train and a new orpanage was found with the name of " beit shalom" there in Nazaret.He came out of the orphanage at the age of 18 and went to Jerusalem. There he stayed in the Amenian convent, where he had a room as big as his bed! yes! there were no rooms for single guys as the convent was full of Armenian refugee families with children.He was fortunate to find a job in jaffa, palestine then, Israel today. he married an Armenin girl from Damascus, and we lived in Jaffa happily. But then the jews started coming from Europe, the ones who escaped the holocaust.we were very young then, we understood nothing of what was happening, until we started having food shortage...united nation used to give sus the basic food like flour rice boulgouri australian cheese, and we had plenty of orange, mandarine grapefruit. the orchard started near our house but thing were getting worse, palestinans and jews were fighting and we children couldnot go to school . so my dad went to cyprus to look for a job there and foun ou that the british government had opened a new office printing maps of Palestine and )Cyprus. so that 's how we moved to Cyprus,and started living like human, went to school, and eventually a job myself with the British until I got married to a Greek Marine Officer and moved to Greece, while my parents continued to live in Cyprus, until my mother's death . that is my life.now I married with two grandchildren but our relationship not very good with turkey. what a pain this pepole are, they only know how to destroy not build. . my dad has written a book in Armenian called in Armenian "tem ar tem ", which I translated into Greek in my house and printed a couple of them myselves, as my grandchildren donot know Greek. This is my storey.my father came several times to greece so we can go together to Armenia, but he always chickened the last moment. then he died in Beirut as he got married another lady after my mum's death. I am sure each one of you have a story like mine. come out with it! I meant to say my children dont know ARMENIAN so I translated it into Greek and printed on my own printer
@AR-ef1rs5 жыл бұрын
Araxi Mangou Wow what an amazing story you have! You should write your family’s autobiography, seriously! Us Armenians truly have experienced everything : genocide, wars, exiles, ethnic cleansing, having our lives completely torn apart, having to escape and build our lives all over again in a new country...That’s why we are so international, we know so many languages, cultures and we are open to new countries and people.

@@kingmike7965 Armenians lived under government of Ottomans, Persians and now Russians. Don't read fake history. If they were so ancient and powerful why they are so weak and tiny now? It's out of logic..
@kingmike79654 жыл бұрын
@@dondraper6883 they lived under multiple empires , so did all of its other neighbors and other Kingdoms historically , Armenia isn't the only one. Secondly , you should realize how history for people like Armenians are . Saying they're weak and tiny today is a bit unfair to compare them to what Armenians once had before 1375 AD ( the last independent Armenia that fell ) . Also we wouldn't be so "weak" now would we if Armenia is still around today meanwhile many other neighboring ancient countries and people's went extinct or don't have a country for their own. Lol. Again I recommend you reading a little more rather than underestimating a type of people that has seen and been through it all .
@dondraper68834 жыл бұрын
@@kingmike7965 I agree with you except about existing independent Armenia 1375 AD. We know from history Persia, Macedonia, Egypt, Greece, ancient Turkish countries, China but about Armenia it appeared few years ago, as we all know that it's fake history. All historians around the world are doubting this facts. I just don't understand why they are lying? What it will change?
