Turns out it was a charging bug in the Early cyber truck software. It’s fixed now.

No, it’s not a CB radio. It is a amateur radio radio made by a company called Icom. It’s an IC7100 using a remote rig, remote device to connect to the base of the radio located back at my house so I can use full size antennas via the Internet hotspot and operate the radio from my house while I’m mobile
