Damn, I did not know that you could extract from Alphas, learned something new. Thanks. And hell no, your not lazy, you got a lot of irons in the fire. I like your how to videos better than some of the others I have seen. You take the time to explain and you don't just click all over the place, never really talking out what you do. Well you can extract from alphas, but they need at least 5,5 m skill points. You can only train for free up to 5 m skill points, after that you need skill injectors or turn them to omegas. So my strategy is - train them up to 5 m skill points as alphas. No time urge, no cost. After that I turn them to omegas. Train up Cybernetic and Biology to 5 (you want that for + 5 implants and possible future gifts for training implants) and what ever you want to extract from in future, adjust your attributes (you want to have max attributes for the skill you want to extract from). You will want to have them about 6 m skill points to lazily extract every 15 days 1 m skill points and have some buffer if you do not do it at once... This takes up roughly 1 more month of training. After that they are ready for extraction...

I work with 1 toon. While the invention is running I build the T2 mats, and gather the other stuff I will need for the build. Some stuff I build just for building, but most times I get request for builds.

Most of the time proper descriptor gives additional profit. But usually it's not obvious which one is the best and thus requires some calculations.

Do you keep any todo-lists of all things you need to get done everyday? how do you keep track of it all? Also, what skills is best to train to get into serious manufacturing? my main alt now have full skills in trading, soon to be full on industry, so what is next? science and reprocessing or are there more imoortant skills to set first? Hey Christian, no I dont have a list but I really should as I often forget to do stuff. I just do It as I remember. The question regards to skills is hard as it really depends on what your planning on doing. For instance I dont really have any reprocessing skills as I dont mine so personally Id say dont train them. However if you do mine then they might be very handy. Basically just train for what you want now and then move to the new set once you have what you need. Like for me, ive just brought some T3 bpcs so im training the skills for that now. Didnt do it in the past as ive never done any T3 before. Hope that helps and you're welcome hope youve enjoyed the videos.

Very slowly setting up my industrial character and dipping my toes into t2 drone production for the alliance/corp. When/how would you set up a secondary account (in my case a third one) for this kind of stuff? Would you suggest getting the multi pilot learning license or just start up a new alpha character?

One thing I'm trying to figure out that is appreciate someone's comments on is that when doing the math on skill extraction to plex am account is I look like I'd come up short on isk. Do the alts need to be doing something else as well to plex, or should it be possible to plex an account using skill farming alone?

Hi Ian, for as long as I can remember its been profitable to plex and extract the skills. The only time prior then this wasnt the case is when PLEX prices were/are dropping. However in recent weeks the price of injectors has dropped in the Forge to the point now where it is currently working out at a slight loss (around 10-30 Mil). This could be one of several factors but not all the long ago CCP had a sale on PLEXing a character and so you could PLEX for something like 425 PLEX instead of the normal 500. We could be seeing people who took advantage of this now coming to sell their injectors so to anyone buying PLEX an 500 it looks like a loss but if you got it for 425 then you are still in profit. Personally I cant see it staying where it is and ive expect it to rise. However thats just my thoughts which could be off. Hope that helps at least.

@@strange_Net thanks for checking. Yeah, I was doing the hypothetical for now at max rates as I started setting up alphas. I was getting a negative number even maxed out. That's fine, I'll get them doing research and other similar as well, but just wanted to check if people were getting those results these days.

@@jokiab lol no worries, I do try to answer most decent questions. I have all my characters in the same corp. Im the CEO of that corp so it lets me see what has been installed on behave of the corporation. Therefore I can see all my tasks that I currently have running no matter what station they are in. @@jokiab 100 mil is great, start small and then just slowly build up until you are happy. Can take a while but before you know it youll have 10x alts and be drowning in ISK. Best of luck!
