First off, hahaha! Love seeing them losses man. Secondly, dam son... Seems like the dreks are the way to go maybe if you can get a few people or just stick with the ranged setups, seemed ok the other night. Wonder if like a pvp style dual armour rep kronos would do the trick. Look forward to seeing the Golem loss mail xd

This happened to my Vargur just after the marauder change. I was running l4s and jumped into system with trigs on gate. Killed the scrams but they just kept warping in. Lost a 1bil pod. Had to fix my standing after that brought it up from a -5.2.

You need to watch all of one of Hateless' streams, they use sniping fits that are 100+ km off the beacon, therefore they kill things before they get close... that is the easier way to kill Trig, as they don't get chance to neut or apply damage... Hateless has bookmarks on all of the planets in the system he runs in, therefore his salvage team is sat literally in the middle of the Triglavian wrecks, while the sniping team is 100km off the Trig.

They aren't fighting Trigs on the WH here, they are catching roaming fleets by the looks of it, seeing as his wreck is on a POCO.

I typically will bring a Strong/Improved Blue Pill (or Exile if I'm running an armor fit) plus Hardshell III or IV whenever I'm ratting to use in emergencies. If you use both you can get about 40% increase in tank. I think the its worth it to bring the expensive drugs if it saves my ratting ship.

But Ace, why didn't you switch to Null? That would probably have solved your problem, at least with applying DPS

You need a Tracking Disruptor II in ur mid slot with Optimal Range Disrupt Script if you are facing a Trig Leshak that orbits farther range. They get closer to you only when you disrupt their optimal range and you can deal more damage. I hope this helps. :3 Love your vids! keep it going! :D

Watching, but my first thought is (as I'm watching, and before I've seen your entire video), would fitting a Micro-Jump Drive have saved you? I've found it to be an amazingly useful module. You can always triangulate your position with the short cooldown Mauraders get on that module, so you can jump out to a third point 100 km from the enemy, then turn and jump right on top of them.

My experience with Kronos(s) trig hunting has been amazing, but I do run 2 Kronos's and use an orca to provide links. I had an INSANE spawn land on me that I was avoiding while farming that consisted of about 20 ships, all named (Liminal & Ect) with like 6 leshaks. Well I warped to a normal spawn and that scary big spawn warped on me when I landed on the smaller spawn, on top of that more ships started warping in as I killed a couple it was scary. Long story short I survived, never entered hull. NULL is amazing on the leshaks that get out to 40km. I just focus leshaks immediately and ignore everything else and it works fine for me. The leshaks are a huge amount of dps so as long as they are gone its not so bad.

i solo them in a 3 bil kronos + high grade asspod and prerolled drugs , after cost of ammo and drugs , is about 250-300 mil , but this number will drop rapidly now that multiple youtubers /streamers are promoting this content...

I used to do 10/10 with 2 typhoons and remote energy and remote armor. You can do the same to give it a extra tank. Works well

Unfortunatly the bastion module prevents this...As a side effect of the ionic field created by the bastion module, beneficial remote repair and capacitor transfer effects are ineffective against the fitted ship while the module is active.

Golems are going to suffer, in comparison to the Kronos, when it comes to killing the small ships, so it might be best to do a Golem with a Kronos, and let the Kronos focus on smaller ships and let the Golem work on BSs and whatever is currently the biggest ships on grid.

You can solo play against Triglavian. It can be done with a tech 2 crusier. Although you have to be very careful and you won't get as much loot as you would with your current strategy.

Have you tried trig whs in nullsec? That's crazy. We've lost carriers to it before.

To be honest, this Kronos' best tank is its DPS, not its durability. Unfortunately to make the tank better you have to bling harder and sacrifice some DPS output for more survivability. That is the disadventage of armor tankers IMO.

Bling modules make you more of a target for getting ganked

Gankers won’t know your fit until you’re dead, so not investing in bling modules doesn’t deter gankers. It’s merely a bad investment strategy to buy an expensive marauder hull, then not invest in a proper fit. You could have increased armor rep amount to 3500 per cycle with a DED A or X class rep, for only a few hundred mill more. Successful trig ratting is lucrative, you should be able to afford it. But issue here was not having long range ammo - NULL. Second Tracking computer or navy tracking computer also would have helped reach out further. Corelum C type multi spectrum also a bit cheapskate, sorry.

Yep some drugs would've been handy there... Exile and Hardshell would've saved your ship most likely. Always take dem emergency pills !

I lost golem yesterday.......they nuted me out,i got 2xCCC II,and one cap battery,it's not enough....need one more cap battery,and one cap recharg....lucky thing,i manage to loot my wrecked golem for almost all expensive modules! Btw the waves was insane!!! I think 50-60 trig on grid,and i manage to kill 90% of them,no problem with damage app,no problem with reps,blue modules,and high grade crystal ofc.but FUCKING capacitor !!!!

Lucky you were able to swap ammo for something with better range to avert disaster. Too bad you didn't. The one bright spot is that you can afford to lose a Kronos since only a fool would fly a ship they couldn't afford to lose and you don't sound like a fool.
