You can also do the repeatable every 3 months Epic Arcs for faction standings. In the SOE epic arc you can select the faction to gain standings with.

Small detail you forgot to mention, is that the faction Epics, require of you 5.0+ rating which is really hard to get. Im struggling to raise my Gallante ratings atm,and I cant do any cause I have negative rating, which is kind of the point of improving. Its only good if you already have very good standing with one faction and you want more? maybe to balance taking hits from different factions you did.

Well done. I already know this but it very handy to know for a new player. You should also meantion how to avoid losing standing with other faction or minimize the overall fication standing lost. I myself avoid taking missons against empire factions. I only do story misson for caldari . i got low standing with gallnatle.I had almost -5.0 standing with gallnatle.I use the SOE epic arc to fix this . You should note that having -5.0 standing with an empire faction means they will shot you on sight if you enter one of the systems they control. I notice you got almost -5.0 standing with ammar.

....and dont forget option number 4 to get massive faction standing boost: the Blood Stained Stars Mission from Sisters of EVE. can be done every 90 days and you can select the faction to get the boost

When you do special missions (every 16th mission) you also loose standings with opposite factions.

When I first started, I only did all the career agents as I built SP and learned how to fly. Lots of free and easy isk/ships as well.

No, derived standings maybe +10, but agent is -2 will not give you missions.

Once an Agent has less than -1.9 standing, they will never speak to you again. The only way to repair the rep is to have someone else run missions for that agent and share the reward.

Can you do a video on a topic called 'the ploy' apparently you can get 5.0 faction standings with all of the 4 major factions with this method. it is mentioned on eveuniversity.

I hate the standings system in EVE. It's so brutal and confusing. Extremely unfriendly system. Often when i click "request mission", i immediately regret hitting the button. It's literally worse to complete some missions than to just hit alt F4

I just found out you lose standing by doing the carrier agents . I didn't notice it as new player but now i did. i lost 0.136 standing with the caldari state by doing a set of 10 missons from one gallnete carrier agent. its better to use the soe of eve epic arc. i dont wanna try the other metohds and find out they damage my standing.

Sounds very very simple. Reality is different . *You can only accept or decline a mission* . How do you "remove" a mission? some kind of trick?

@@DarkDarcek oh wait i thought it was about storyline missions my bad. If your doing a storyline mission, and you wanna quit it before accepting it, then just remove the offer in the journal tab

Minmatar , gallente & the sister of eve are all allys with one another and but caldari and amarr. caldari and amarr allys with one another but Minmatar , gallente & the sister of eve. doing story misson for caldari cause you to gain standing with the caldari, gain a bit of standing with amarr & losing standing with the gallente doing story misson for gallente cause you to gain standing with the gallente , gain a bit of standing with Minmatar ,losing standing with the caldari &amarr . doing story misson for Minmatar cause you to gain standing with the gallente , gain a bit of standing with Minmatar ,losing standing with the amarr . doing story misson for amarr make you gain standing with the amarr , gain a bit of standing with caldari , losing standing with the gallente &Minmatar killing npcs that are related to a fication make you lose stanidng with that fication . in my case I killed gallente npcs.I was doing L2/L1 misson for caldari as a newbie and I kept killing gallente npcs in missons. so its caused me to get really bad standing with the gallente . If you wanna run missons for a corp without having issue losing standing to corp you need to have a fication standing high enough to run missons for that corp so the corp standing wont matter. like for example. I have 5.05 caldari standing but i have only 1.13 standing with the CBD corp.that mean i can run missons depite having low corp standing. declining a misson cause you to lose very small fication standing(-0.003). This is how he keep declining missons.
