Corporations tend to be so varied in organization and purpose that I'd be surprised if you could make a short video with suggestions specific enough to be useful while covering all of the possible options. You’ll find the hull can be built for 1.8 bil. You can build the excavators for 3.8 billion and the fit (not the triple ancil fit) should cost you around 8 to 9 billion. With max skills and after the nerf you should see a realistic 160 to 230 million per hour.

Rorqual mining in much of 0-sec is death. The current game mechanics made the Rorqual unusable with the industrial core deployed. The risque doesn't weight up to the bonuses. Rorquals are being dumped on the market (some less than 2 Bil) and Orca sales are up. Let's hope CCP will change the mechanics so Rorquals will be usable in the future. Nice vid, enjoyed it :)

For the cost of a full flight of excavator drones you can plex 2 to 3 Mining barge accounts. You're better off not spending the ISK on the drones. You will have more protection and pay less upfront. (More over time).

Rorqual wth drones makes around 300 mil per hour. Plexing 3 barges would make around 80mil isk per hour. Using rorqual in belt requires good coalition that is ready to respond to threats instead of carebearing- with rorqual, unlike other capitals, you have at least 10 minutes of time to respond thanks to panic module.

With the introduction to mining changes, i think CCP are trying to make minerals and other resources cheaper as whole which would encourage people to pvp more since ships would be easier to replace- Instead of the current meta which is basically T3 dessies, T3 cruisers, kamatari super fleet and faction battleships no-risks fleeting and nothing else.
