As a vegan, I also no longer care about B12 haha. Everything is fortified. I'll take it if I don't drink milk for a while but that hasn't happened in years.

I live in Puerto Rico and the weather here feels like it’s still August. The weather here is always hot but on December it’s usually in the 80s and it could get a little chilly but not this year 🥵 so I get when you say it doesn’t feel like it’s about to be Christmas. Also, love the hair!

regarding having trouble taking pills, here's some tips that help me take them more easily~ start off with a small sip of water and keep it in your mouth. then pop a pill into your mouth, so that it "swims," so to speak. take another sip of water if you feel like you might need it. and then, when you swallow the pill, look down! like, not just with your eyes but physically look down, chin on your chest. maybe it helps 🤍

The purple you already had cancelled out the yellow in the green( thats in the teal) so it left mostly blue and the blue mixed with the purple you had made it a more vibrant violet. Its still beautiful. Im okish with color theory but its always after I mess it up lol.

when I was little, butterfly things like this were a thing. I remember the excitement when mom and I put the green thing in the water and waited a long time. In the end it turned into a disgusting caterpillar or something and it has stuck in my mind because it was really disgusting that something so small and cute grew into a big disgusting thing 😆

I have a question, I hope that’s okay. I have tried so many different companies coloured hair dyes and for years now I have been using Arctic Fox because I have found their colours to be the best and their colour always lasts on my hair. Do you think the same? It’s just tough because I’m in the uk and it costs a lot 😭 especially now they have changed the packaging so you don’t get as much, but I find for my hair it is the best.

Mate I feel you on the tablet taking thing! I’ve actually found a lot of companies do gummy vitamin alternatives now and the one I take is a brand called novomins I don’t know if they are in Sweden, but they are vegan and cruelty free and they have iron gummies honestly a game changer for me don’t think I would take my magnesium at night if I had to swallow a tablet haha. Just thought I’d pass on a tip incase!
