Even More Removed Content in Yandere Simulator

I'd like to clarify one thing. Saying "The Kizuna AI easter egg was removed due to copyright" makes it sound as though I was forced to remove the easter egg due to threats of legal action from Kizuna Ai's team. That's not what happened. I put the easter egg into the game so I could record footage of it, show it to Kizuna Ai's team, and say, "Hey, is this idea appealing to you? Would you like Kizuna Ai to be a guest character in this game? Would Kizuna Ai be interested in doing a Let's Play of Yandere Sim?" I never received any sort of response from them. I removed the easter egg since it had already served its purpose (allowing me to record some footage) and I didn't have any way of knowing how Kizuna Ai's team felt about it.

They got to design a character for the game (that was always planned to be an Easter Egg) and they got what they were offered, except it was given to Ayano instead of a student (which is better, because having one random student change designs seems lamer then actually getting to play as your own creation).

16:23 as a deltarune fan, i loved how you put this in explanation: once your party dies in deltarune (chapter 1, to be exact), a mysterious voice tells you if you want to keep going or give up. keep going meant you would see a screen saying "THEN THE FATE OF THE WORLD IS IN YOUR HANDS", and you would respawn at your previous save point, or if you didnt have a save, one room before you died. choosing give up would result in this screen, with a music playing and after the music ended, the game would force close on itself. i also love how you put "a cybers world" during the kokona virus part (idk if you meant to put that like that) as soundtrack 16:59

I’ve been following YanSim since 2016, but I stopped playing a long time ago due to changing my OS from Windows to Mac. So while I remember some things from the video, there were actually a lot of things I didn’t know existed, so it was really cool to find about it! And even before stopping playing, apparently I missed some things because just how rapidly they were added and then deleted from the game, I mean, we have so much deleted content now, from every model to some mechanics… I still remember how you could trip while holding a bucket or how you used matches to set someone on fire, and not candle :^)

I really love the initial design of the 1980's student council, so bad that its a copyright stuff ;( It makes them look more mature, just like 18 year olds used to in 1980-1990. Somehow, they look stricter, as they are council members, and more... Realistic? I mean remember all those japanese 80's-90's students (plenty of photos online). And the face texture on that comparison "Unused Original" vs "Used Original" is just gorgeous, modifying their look from visual middle-schooler into an elite academy student council member, who must be feared and respected. I'm not saying that current models are bad, they are great, really! It's just now that I've seen what they *were intended* to look like and how it turned out... Well, it's still on the "not bad" level, but i hope someday someone makes a mode or something that you put in your game to make them look like the "Unused Originals"

They were quite literally copies of characters from some anime/game (forgot the name, haven't watched this video in a while). Also a lot of the characters are basically all inspired, most ideas aren't his. Another example would be Musume. Musume was literally an entire copy of Galko Chan from an anime, and people got mad because it was nowhere near original.

I think the poisoned student situation could work for like, ruining your rivals confession, like if you ran out of time on a week before lunch, you could poison them and have everyone sent home for the day, then your rival wouldn’t be able to confess on Friday. Though it could be flawed by just like if the week started over again with Ayano having to eliminate the rival for real instead of this, because to be realistic, the rival could just plan to confess another day and Ayano would have to plan another course of action for elimination
