koolbrotherphil Yep, I used to be there a lot too. I left it alone about 2 weeks before one of my homeboys was killed in the parking lot (RIP Michael Gaddis.) I was in the parking lot more than the club over there though, but I remember it over there too. Now I got to edit this because something else came to my mind and I felt like I had to add more. I used to go to Club Boomerang a lot because my sister, my cousin, & I were cool with the club owner Patrick. I used to play pool over there and Mystikal and I would pardon each other because he would be playing pool at the next table. He gave me the poster that showed him coming out of the sewer a month before he blew up. I was listening to the radio one of the first times they played Y'all Ain't Ready Yet and they mentioned his name at the end. I looked up at the poster and I was like "There you go👍."

I use to bump this in high school, didnt remember the name of it, but then again I’m from the south, so there you go. Mannie fresh patented the cash money sound and it was so distinctive you instantly recognized it back in the day. That says a lot, especially in the early cash money years when people compared them to no limit just cause they were from the south.

Being from New Orleans I think it was a great song because we didn't have too many artist really kicking shit like this back then, it was just mainly bounce. we all love a little altercation from time to time. Now it's the memories that the song bring that makes me love it so much
