No, that ball is neither a no ball nor counted as one in the over, it's a Dead ball on which the batter can be dismissed as Runout (Mankad).

Gerald Coetzee's no ball against Australia in sf of 2023 world cup. He bowled a stunning Yorker in the free hit. If he had used that Yorker before the no ball Australia could have been shocked. Also starc's no ball Yorker against Shamar Joseph recently

Yes it will be a No Ball but only if it is the 2nd bouncer in T20I'S or 3rd in ODI'S and Tests. 😊✌️

@@CricketCordon That’s ICC rule, As per MCC 21.10 Ball bouncing over head height of striker The umpire shall call and signal No ball for any delivery which, after pitching, passes or would have passed over head height of the striker standing upright at the popping crease.
