Everytime the camera view is shitty in CrossFit. I mean, you could not see the race between obrien and connell. The view was only at connell. Is it so hard to show both? Or the whole field? This happens way to often…

It seems a bit confusing when you can clearly see an athlete step up on to the finish platform and even have time to raise her hands before the time on the screen says 12:00.00, but then the commentators say she didn't get her time chip across the line in time (referring to Emma Lawson in Heat 4). kzbin.info/www/bejne/fJ7Vk5eXidRoZ7s

There's no two ways about it; shorter, stockier athletes have way too many advantages in these formats. Some of these taller people are moving 3X as much distance when you add up all the range of motion in these exercises as these stocky people.

Then comes wods with row, wall balls, run.. and taller athletes have the advantage

Saunders had her hand on the red tape. While some other athletes were made to repeat reps because they were not perfect. I guess as with all sports, you have to be lucky with the referees you’ve got.

If you look at the macronutrient profile of these Wilde "protein chips," it's not far off from a pork rind/chicharrone, so it's as much fat as protein per gram, plus the carbs from flavorings, and the price...man, why don't people see the beauty of the Popcorners Flex protein crisps?! Those are better

just hate the words "squat clean" - there is a differential - you say power clean when it is a power clean, no one needs to say squat clean - it is the only way
@tj57792 жыл бұрын
This isn't the Olympics.. they've been calling it a squat clean for 10+ years in crossfit. Olympic standards doesn't even require u to squat the weight. All u have to do is get it from shoulders to overhead. Whether or not u squat it is irrelevant. So it is in fact not "the only way."
