Hi Miss Melanie, I love your channel. I have been following for ideas and inspiration for awhile now. Sorry for tuning in so late. Great tips! Just finally recently commented during your inspirational prayer and preaching and that amazing teddy bear baby shower. Absolutely beautiful! Challenging question for you. My coworkers who are amazing and have helped me during my last events in 2019, before the pandemic, will probably tag on to this question. They were absolutely amazing at our retirement office event and Holiday party in 2019. This is my question, let’s say you’re the one deem with all of the party or events in an office setting. Better yet, without any funds to do so. Except for the donations of employees. Let’s say, retirement parties, baby showers, etc! It’s a sticky situation within a federal government office setting! There is no allotted budget for these events, but yet I manage, mostly out of my pocket! Although I have found this challenging throughout my Executive secretarial career, I have always made it work! A course with most of the funds collected from other colleagues being put towards the gift! I manage, have been for over 25 years. My question, how do I specifically bring up the fact that my federal agency should really have a set budget for such events. There are certain federal guidelines put in place. I can’t disclose the agency but it’s about time they really consider these events. Just last year during the pandemic and continued pandemic there have been a boat load of retirees. There’s so much I need to do before we get back to work. I feel so bad they didn’t have their parties. I’m in a bit of a pickle. Your suggestions and insight would be greatly appreciated. Attached our last retirement event with my divas and inspired by you! Oh I can’t attached it. But you would love it. Thank you for your inspiration!

Lord have mercy I know this video is older but he knew I needed to hear this, first I'd like to say thank you for sharing your craft with us. Your work is absolutely stunning. I currently have 4 events spreaded out in my dinning room that I'm not getting paid for. I've done this as a hobby for years for family and friends. I got sick and I can't work and my husband said it's time for you to get paid for your craft. I believe God closed one door to open another.. I wished I could share some pictures of my way.
