In recognition of Universal Health Coverage Day 2022, Management Sciences for Health convened a group of policymakers and practitioners on December 15th to examine person-centered primary health care as the foundation of achieving UHC and Sustainable Development Goal 3. This event, moderated by Dr. Dan Schwarz, Associate Vice President, Global Health Systems Innovation, MSH, included a discussion with five panelists, Diana Frymus, Director of Accelerating Primary Health Care Collaborative, USAID; Peter Hansen, Head of Results and Learning at the Global Financing Facility for Women, Children and Adolescents; Dr. Jeff Markuns, Executive Director of Primary Health Care Performance Initiative; Rosemary Mburu, Executive Director, WACI Health; and Dr. Serge Raharison, Chief of Party, ACCESS program, Madagascar, MSH. Each offered a unique perspective on how we can accelerate collaboration on primary health care to enable people to access the care they need across every stage of their life.
