Interesting discussion.. & as a sidenote, it seems to me that the NB8 more or less upgraded to NB9 the other week, with Poland more or less joining the group.. So the notion that the UK (& the Dutch for that matter) needs to "step up" if it wants to have a say in things seems to be a very real one. 🧐 There seems to be a new northern "power group" forming as a result of Ruzzian aggression, & geopolitics in the region is changing rapidly as a result...🤔

It might be better if Poland joins as the bridge from the Atlantic/Baltic/Artic JEF to the Black Sea /Ukraine in the JEF...along with the inland seas of Azov, the Caspian, the Kerch and Bosporus Straits. Obviously, cables, pipelines and trade routes will be interconnected. Defense, cyber security and as well as a JEF bank within the group. UK has the five eyes and nukes, but a bad banking and financial corporation with Russia to amend. For true independence in financing that might be a huge problem. Ukraine would certainly be essential in cyber and rapid response/security areas. They will also be leading in drones and new satellite connections.
