Hi. I have a question. Please respond. It's urgent. I want to generate a free ticket to enter a social event. Is it possible to generate free tickets without payment ? Your response is highly appreciated. Thank you.

Yes. All tickets are bound to an order. Create an order in the backend. Set the price to 0 or use your own coupon code. Set the order to completed. Done

There is a QR code for every purchases from my website. I want to validate those QR Code by Scanner and I found this video. Does this plugin able to scan those products QR Code and update the database itself in woocommerce?

Hello, the ticket scanner of this plugin scans only the QR codes from the event tickets created by this plugin. You can them redeem the ticket with your mobile or laptop at the entrance. The ticket will be updated.

The ticket scanner will be removed from the Wordpress plugin Serial Code Validator. For tickets use the plugin Event tickets with ticket scanner.

Hello Do you have an API system? I have e disco pub and I whant to give as a present a drink card to all the customers subrcribes in a certain "Vip List". Oboiouvsly i would like persons use only one time the drink card connected to a specific QR Code. The customer subrscribes a typeform, can I have a webhook that generate the one-time-Qr code to send it to the customer? Thank you!

Hello, the system for now just sends out webhooks. No API implemented yet. And each ticket has to have a woocommerce order assigned to it. The serial-codes-validator plugin would fit more, but no QR code and scanner yet implemented. Sorry but in this case we cannot help.

hello i have 4 questions pleas: 1) i want to sell more than 10K tickets can i do this with the premium plugin. 2) when the people come to the entrance of the event will the ticket scanner need a connection to the internet or it will work without wifi. 3) can i translate it to arabic language 4) i want to add an algerian methode payment used in algeria country to woocommerce so will the plugin work with this method or it work only with paypal and visacard

Hello I answer 5 questions from your email to have it complete. 1) the premium plugin allows you to sell unlimited number of tickets 2) the price is 69 euro and depends on your currency during tge checkout. vollstart.de/event-tickets-with-ticket-scanner/ 3) you need an internet connection. The ticket will be redeemed and your database updated 4) for now I did not added language support, but it is planned. I kept the English words to a minimum. You can translate some of the options within the admin area, like buttons and download link. Please try it out first with the free plugin, if it could work for you. 5) The payment methods are solely handled by WooCommerce. So you can add whatever you need. The plugin do not add its own payment methods.
