Ever Green Food Forest In Soroti City, Eastern Uganda.

Hello everyone,
In today's video, I bring to you the most beautiful food forest in Soroti City Eastern Uganda.
I went home to my dad in Soroti that is in Eastern Uganda and as usual, I was amazed by the beauty of his food forest.
Soroti is one of the most dry regions in Uganda so farmers in this areas always have to work twice as hard as other farmers to get food to sustain the family.
My dad.
If we are meeting for the first time, I am Sarah Pedun and in this channel I talk about gardening especially urban gardening like container and sack gardening and raised bed gardening. I also get to take you to my home region that is Teso region Eastern you just like in today's video.

Do you eat the taro leaves? In Philippines we cook the taro leaves with coconut milk also we add the taro and we slice some ginger onions ans garlic with it. If you want to add a kick in to it add some chillies, it's also nice with some meat like pork. Wow I love your organic produce
