I remember the Disney games being punishingly difficult. It was a paradox in which the graphics were clearly designed for children, but the difficulty was often too much even for adults. Especially Lion King - if you somehow got through the second level with the obnoxious monkey mechanic, you got usually crushed in the Elephant graveyard of the third level. With limited amounts of continues, a couple of bad jumps could send you to the very beginning of the game. Savestates would mean redemption for these titles.

The Aladdin 16-bit games do have an interesting history. With the Genesis version the developer got actual Disney artists to work with them which is why the pixel art is more accurate, however they are to completely different styles of games and are good in each of there own rights.

Antstream Arcade is such a fantastic service for which I have a lifetime subscription on the Xbox. I agree that the Disney Classics and Turrican Collections would be great on the Evercade although as they are both already available on a physical cart for Switch and as they're usually pretty cheap, the demand for it may be diminished. Now, a Lucas Arts Collection would be amazing, especially if we got at least analogue controller support for them or even better, mouse support :-) As for Aladdin, you are indeed correct in assuming that the Mega Drive version is the best :-) Keep up the awesome work!

Another awesome video Crazy Burger!! 👍🏻 I would really like to see a Gremlin Collection 2 and Team17 (Amiga) collection 2. The first two collections are some of my favourites on Evercade. A second Gremlin collection would need to be a GIGA cart. And Zool 2 is a fantastic game which I have played on the Amiga but I would like to see the CD32 version as it has a really good CD soundtrack. Here are some of the game that I would really like to see on both Collections. Gremlin Collection 2: Actua Golf series (PS1), Actua Pool (PS1), Buggy (PS1), Loaded (PS1), Re-Loaded (PS1), Motorhead (PS1), Race Days (GB), Zool 2 (Amiga CD32) Team17 Collection 2: Alien Breed 3D, Apache, Apidya, Arcade Snooker, Body Blows Galactic, F17 Challenge, Overdrive And now that we are going to see SNK games on Evercade (I really hope that they are carts) I would like to see the following. SNK: King Of The Monsters, Neo Drift Out: New Technology, Neo Turf Master, Ridding Hero, Safari Rally, Sonic The Hedgehog Pocket Adventure, Thrash Rally and some of The King of Fighters games. And could we see Mega CD games on Evercade? A second Renovation collection could feature Cobra Command (Mega CD) and Road Avenger (Mega CD) A Core Design collection featuring Mega CD games would also be great as they really support the system with some awesome games. This would probably need to be another GIGA cart. Core Design Collection 1: Battlecorps (Mega CD), BC Racers (Mega CD), Soulstar (Mega CD), Thunderhawk (Mega CD), Firestorm Thunderhawk (PS1) I also really enjoyed Jaguar XJ220 which was amazing on the Mega CD with great gameplay and an awesome soundtrack but sadly we will probably never see this due to the Jaguar license. And when Evercade eventually gets ZX Spectrum games I would like to see the indie game Drift! And a game that I would really like to see that doesn’t get mentioned that much is Formula Kart Special Edition that was developed by Manic Media and published by Telstar and released in 1997 on the PS1 and Sega Saturn.

Antstream have recently been spamming KZbin with an advert that says you can get 50% off the subscription price at the mo... Interesting to see what's out there Crazy! Slam Tilt yes please. I most definitely would love to see C64 Turrican's, it amazes me how they were forgotten recently when collections were ported to Switch. The C64 versions of Turrican's deserve some attention as they are just as cool. 👍

@CrazyBurger I only ever heard of it when it arrived on Xbox and it was never fee, no demo either. I think it's 6 months at £36 or £80 for a life time membership and no way of getting a refund if it lags. It has 3 out of 5 stars on Xbox which is an average by those that gave it a rating.

A Cave compilation may be an issue considering the USP is TATE mode. Cave games require 3 buttons - auto/long press-charge shot/bomb.

Probably unlikely. Still got a few official Wrestlers attached so licensing might be a problem. Not sure if it would be technically possible. Not clear which engine it's running on. If it's Unity, then no.

I’m going to hope they fix their EXP console and up the quality before buying any more of their carts. The quality is what initially put me off 4 or 5 years ago. But then it looked like it was improving when some people reported the problems with the EXP seemed to have been resolved. Then a positive experience with the super pockets made me think a corner had been turned. But then the EXP-R came along and it’s just such a pity. The only other concern is the quality of the flash memory they use, physical is no use if the flash memory deteriorates within 10 years or so. Your retro collection gone. What they are doing is great, no one else is doing this. They just need to focus on quality. If someone is willing to spend 15 or so on a TATE grip, sure they are willing to pay a bit extra for hardware that is higher quality and built to last.

I wonder if there would be any chance of getting Vengeance Hunters on a cart. It's not SNK but it is a Neo Geo game, a new one. Other consoles got native builds of it, maybe Evercade could too? Would make a nice single cart.

You neglected to mention that there are some Llamasoft games (Anciptal is great fun) on Antstream too (A C64 Jeff minter evercade cart would be nice)....a pity that the spectrum version of sanction is available but not the car version (the C64 thalamus collection doesn't have sanction,delta or quedex) A system 3 or us gold compilation cartridge would be great (turbo outrun,raid over Moscow etc)and Mayhem in monsterland was a game that pushed the C64 to its limit and deserves an evercade appearance.

Ooooh, a general Master System collection would be awesome - especially as it was more popular in the EU and UK. The Ninja, Outrun, Slap Shot, Space Harrier, Ghost House, MS Double Dragon. All great.

Sega appears to have been reluctant to capitalize on its master system library. It would have been a no brainer to have released a master system mini. The Sega mini consoles are massively underrated. They are top quality with awesome games. But Sega have gone quiet on the mini consoles of late.. and I still wait for a master system collection

I was also playing the Delphine Collection and it wouldn't create a save state for the game I was playing :/

aye, if you can get your hands on a small syringe, try dropping a drop of isopropyl alcohol in the space around the button and then click it a few times. alcohol dries up over time so it won't hurt anything.

I've tried PS NOW and PS3 games on Premium and no streaming games should never ever be an option If you have the best connection In the world you are still going to be the victim of random hiccups or servers going down either for maintenance or when the service eventually ends but this service Is for retro gamers which I am and I saw they had mortal kombat which- there Is no way to play the classics on modern platforms then again they remove games a lot too

It’s just a license to play the games as long as the service is active. As soon as it shuts down, it’s gone.
