The arcade carts are my absolute favourite. I can live with 6 games for the money....though obviously I would like more. I just hope in 2023 we see many more Arcade Collections......after all plenty of numbers for the next collections!

Oh absolutely. We will definitely get more. I'm just thinking of earlier carts where we got 20 games.. 5 or 6 games is pretty standard right now for these collections

I have fun in Battle Chopper when I take it slow and focus on mining and swatting flies.

i get the mega drive vibe with some games but goes show how good the megadrive was back in the day especially and some the arcade ports were amazing

Ah exactly. Wasn't too far away at all. Especially with the late 80s early 90s arcade stuff. Probably not massively coincidental that arcades started to die away a bit from then.

It's pretty neat to have 10 yard fight on this. It was released on the NES as one of the early black box releases alongside Kung Fu (Master).

That helicopter in Battle Chopper is not unlike the one in Blood Money on the Amiga, and your collecting money as in Blood Money. I assume its where the idea for Blood Money came from.

If Moon Patrol was written today, there would be a separate button for shooting forward, a button to shoot up, a button to speed up, and a button to slow down.

Great video as always. Just picked this up as I've put the purchase of an EXP on hold due to the current issues. Maybe they'll release a Special Edition like the purple Evercade Portable. I'm hoping for a classic white with red stripe Special Edition. Keep up the awesome work :-)

Thanks Jamie.. yeah might be wise. My EXP battery life is terrible. Plus has glitched and crashed a few times when on very low battery.

I can’t see any slowdown in In The Hunt… did they fix that for this cart? The Arcade game is notorious for crawling when the screen gets crammed with projectiles. If they removed it this may be the best way to play it :) I have Mr Heli on the PC Engine, maybe they made it easier when porting it to console.

It's not got any slowdown. I've read a few comments on Discord.. it seems this is better than other version out there.. no slowdown!

I tried battle chopper today. I love shooters. Butt this one is just unfair and not fun. I wil play this game again. But for now, its just bad.

Glad it's not just me. I found it brutally unfair. A typical Arcade game that's set too hard. Perhaps this is where access to dipswitches could help with the difficulty

It's not just you two....Ive always found Battle Chopper or Mr Heli very frustrating. Graphically I initially got Fantasy Zone vibes from it back in the day....but it's nowhere near as fun. It's weird playing it with a thumb pad and it dosn't help me do any better with it either.
