I am impressed by the video and seriously thinking of joining the quest. I am a startup in the process of refining my definition of the target market. My heart is drawn to businesses in the early to middle stages of growth. As you were describing the states I recognized that in my schema, they are called the winter-spring-early summer seasons of growth. The 5 steps look usable in helping startups. Excellent!

This is an excellent video that as always, speaks to Ajit’s heartfelt generosity, passion and commitment to his followers, of whom I count myself. I have gained much support and insight from the Evercoach programs I have purchased and the Quests in which I have participated. This video however is really directed more to a Business Management or Industy Consultant, than a ’Coach’. I was the former in the past, in the IT Industry. Now retired, I am developing my skills to step into the field as the latter and direct my focus to helping Leaders at all levels, become fully self-aware and skilled at being and bringing out the best in themselves, their employees/reports and customers, and as a consequence - their business. Still, I appreciate this video, especially the information about Stages of a Businesses. Many thanks, Ajit.

Hi Rosemary! Thank you so much for your kind message and we're so happy you enjoy our programs and content :) And yes, as you mention, when it comes to coaching small and medium-sized businesses, coaches need to know some consulting as well to serve their clients better. As the nature of these businesses is different than bigger enterprises and corporations, their needs are very different which is why coaches need to be aware of these common scenarios. Thank you for sharing! :)

Very valuable video! I also have a few questions: 1. Do you create the plan for free, or only after they pay you and become a paid client? 2. How do you go about reaching out to them and getting them interested to speak with you for the evaluation? Especially if you're starting out and don't have a big personal brand or a lot of experience under your belt

Thank you, Drango! Glad you enjoyed it :) Regarding your questions: 1. Usually the action plan and coaching work will start after the enrollment, but just as for any coaching niche, we always suggest creating some results before enrollment to show what is possible when coaching with you. 2. We think the most important thing is to have a clear specialization and methodology for coaching businesses. That way, conversation starters (whether it's through platforms such as Linkedin or spaces where your target audience hang out) will be more customed to their needs and reality, and how you can serve them. Here's a video about getting clients online which could spark some ideas: kzbin.info/www/bejne/d2O1nWx8a9SemsU Hope this helps! :)

@@mindvalleycoach Yeah by the way, do you think a 17-year-old can be a business coach?
@mindvalleycoach3 жыл бұрын
@@andraluvanto1734 We believe anyone can be a great business coach no matter their age, as long as they have the right training, coaching skills, and proper experience to coach businesses (or any coaching niche for that matter) effectively ;)

Why would i create a plan for them unless I am a consultant and not a coach
@mindvalleycoach3 жыл бұрын
Great question, Lynette! The approach we teach at Evercoach for coaching businesses is called the Coach-Consultant approach. We encourage coaches to know and have the tools to help teams create their plans as many times, they don't have the resources available and will benefit from a coach who can share case studies, examples, and strategies that work so they can make informed decisions when creating their action plan. We hope this answers your question :)
