My General Manager wears Lancome Idôle. You can smelle her in the corridor and seldom ever leave her office. That fragrance smells like money. Sophisticated, boujee. I love it!!!!!

@@Mcoogieomg same! I have quite a fragrance collection and although I definitely gravitate towards niche fragrances, I do love a few designer ones, as well. But Lancôme idole is just NOT one of them🤮. I've tried it several times and still don't like it at ALL. To me it smells cheap and very very un-original. And honestly I can only say that about one other fragrance -- YSL Libre🤮. I can't stand either Idole OR Libre. Idole smells strong and cheap. Libre smells way too overpowering but not in a good way. Idk why I have such a strong negative reaction to these two but I definitely do.

Burberry Goddess is my HG. I find it interesting that he said he’s not a vanilla lover but gave the vanilla bomb a 10/10. It’s a vanilla bomb but it’s fresh, spicy, and aromatic in a way that doesn’t shout, like Libre or even Black Opium. Perfect for non-vanilla folks because of that aromatic twist with an elevated vanilla that’s not juvenile or in your face. I think he demonstrated this is a vanilla for the people (even non-vanilla people)!

These are always fun to watch. But I'm wondering... to me, fragrances never smell the same on paper as they do on skin. So, idea -- and I understand this would be a big undertaking -- perhaps test/wear a different fragrance every day without telling him what you're wearing, for a week, and record his reactions.

Goddess and Burberry her elixir are my daily’s! Love them so much. I also love to wear YSL Libre intense when it’s cold outside (especially at night). I also love to wear it on date nights. My boyfriend absolutely loves Burberry goddess. it’s his favorite perfume that I wear. It’s also funny because he bought me the Lancôme Idole as a gift. Personally I don’t really care for it, but it does seem to be a favorite amongst men. 😂

La Belle Le Parfum (sometimes also called Intense) is my compliment getter! Without fail, I get a compliment when I wear it. Does not matter who smells it: men, women, old, young... every single person loves this on me. To my surprise, my awful perfume skin (very dry, I need a lot of sprays to get some projection, most fragrances don't last on me longer than 3hrs, plenty notes don't work on me... yeah, that) really works great with this. The dry down is indeed delicious and better than the opening, but luckily, I don't need to wait 2 hours for it to be yummy goodness. Very sultry! I like it much more than the OG, which is a bit lacking, imho. I got a decant and won't repurchase. With the Le Parfum I'm already on my second bottle in 2 years (in case you think that isn't a lot: not only an I chronically ill and can't get out of bed 60% of the week, but my collection is 200+ bottles). I think La Belle will attract mostly younger women, and the Le Parfum/ Intense is more interesting if you're more mature. But maybe I'm wrong. @murielvanderwesthuizen8553 I like to experiment with my collection, create my own original fragrances to get more out of my collection. Layering is sort of a hobby. I currently have a list of around 90+ combinations. One of my favourites is La Belle Intense with TF Lost Cherry (or a dupe. Actually, most of the dupes are longer lasting and project more than the OG 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️). You should definitely try it if you happen to own both. It is like making your own flanker ;).

@@misssunnydee i will most definitely try TF lost cherry with this never thought of that combination, i simply just enjoy the la belle intense so much that i am constantly reaching for it, also for me its a compliment getter everytime. And it lasts forever on me. If you are battling with dry skin, try get some normal vit E tissue oil and lather yourself with it after a bath or shower then lather yourself with some thick body butter and then spray the fragrance, i have dry skin too as i am 43 and i find that helps a lot.

Armani Si is my absolute favorite perfume. I have tried everything possible to make this perfume last on my skin . I have taken to carrying it with me in my make-up bag to reapply it. I bought a purfume enhancer to try to make it last longer. I have applied it on my skin as soon as i am out of my shower and to my hair once it dries. It won't stay on me. Does anyone who wears this have any suggestions??
