Girl I feel you! I am 5'1" 140 lbs thick legs/butt and I have to rely on Abercrombie for denim but I am looking for a true straight leg jean that is slim (not wide) It's so hard to find bc some straight fits end up looking like loose skinny jeans lol.

Hello, The first two pairs of jeans look nice on you. I have a few pairs of jeans from Everlane. They are good quality but not my dream jeans. You should try the Levis brand. It’s very hard to find the dream jeans but you should keep looking. Also, it’s better to go to the store instead of purchasing online. Cheers

The “way high” looked amazing on you, actually. I think we don’t like what we’re not used to-and especially what we think others will think of us (you gotta rock them anyways…who gives a rip about our initial “feeling.” Just sayin’). The high waist makes you look taller and have a long proportionate leg…we’re just not used to it from all those decades of low and mid rise. My point is, we often think it’s not for us when we try something new, but if we give new looks time, we can often transform our style and vibe and give ourselves an incredible upgrade. So take risks and who cares what anyone thinks of what we’re tying out. Hope you keep trying out the high rise! Looks super good on you!
