Ring of lightning, enshrouded veil, bone clasp girdle some good ones too. Coldain military is cheap alternative to bone clasp, but bone clasp is gonna be BIS for int casters anyway. Even mage can benefit as I cast the 43 and 55 dot often (they stack)

Honestly, I think the Kobold Jester's Crown is at least moderately okay for Beastlords. The -30 INT is inconsequential and there were a number of times as a Beastlord where my pet would die mid-battle and I needed to summon a new one ASAP to survive (because what's a Beastlord without their pet? 90% useless), and I either had this crown already equipped OR had it in my bags and I could throw it on super fast and get a new pet out much sooner and survive a bad encounter. Certainly very niche, but I don't think the item is totally pointless.

Easiest spell haste 3 is the book of impracticability from griegs

​@@TBCNexusif I recall, it's also a highly valuable item for tribute in later expansions. Farming a couple of those lore items and passing them off to alts in advance is a good way to bank early tribute

Book of impracticality as mentioned.. during bonus time they were rotting left and right thing got down to 200 plat pre dupe bug.
