Couple notes once you get EverSd installed on your SP you will have the option of adding a Ex-tra folder to your pocket so you don't have to hold X to get in.

I dig your limited edition super pockets . I have the regular taito super pocket and a yellow EverSD as well as an OG White Evercade, Purple Evercade and a regular Evercade VS . I started collecting at the end of 2021. I got the EverSD about 6 months ago. Considering how many issues in the past, I’ve experienced with some of my Evercade cartridges the ability to back them up has been one of the most important functions of this device. And it’s also kind of neat to see what games can potentially play on the system giving us a better idea of what some future cartridges might look like if those games were playing on there. Some people have said oh this is a way to play games through dubious means, and I’m like there are way cheaper ways to play roms ( the R36S is a good example of this and can do a lot more). Great demonstration of these devices!

How do you access your backed up carts from the EverSd cart?

I hope they make a version for the new EXP-R model.

This will kill the system. Why buy cartridges if you can just make your own?

Mainly for emulation retroarch.

@@RGhandhelds If it only booted retroarch and roms, thatd be one thing. But it can backup and launch evercade cartridges. The Evercade hardware is sold at a loss because they expect to recoup costs via selling cartridges. Profit which they use to procure licensing from other publishers to fund new exclusive carts. This product will kill the entire ecosystem if it gets legs.

EverSD has been around for three years. If anything, it’s incentivized me to keep buying the cartridges knowing I can back them up considering how many people I know have had issues with the cartridges.

@@secondleasegamer8312 if it only booted retro arch and roms it would be overpriced and completely pointless because there are way cheaper ways to do that that are for superior. Considering they keep getting bigger and bigger licenses I don’t think they’re in any danger at all. EverSD has kind of a hobby business vibe do it, for them to get legs evercade would actually have to get legs. It’s a shame Blaze doesn’t make their own backup cart, or improve the quality so nobody needs a back up.

I own every Evercade Cartridge released to date I purchased the EverSd so I could back my carts for nothing more not only can you backup carts with the EverSd you can repair non working carts and systems with it. Evercade doing better than Ever npi the EverSd is a great way to preserve your carts and systems.

why would anyone use an evercade for this lol

Nintendo games. That company is so far up their own ass that they'll never do a cart for a competitor
